Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Bark

A beautiful dessert that is the perfect ending to any Valentine’s Day celebration and is so easy to make! This recipe features cinnamon hearts, marshmallows and raspberries but you can customize the additions to anything you like.

Yield: 1- 18” x 13”  sheet tray.

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams white chocolate chips

1/2 cup cinnamon heart candies 

1 cup mini vanilla marshmallows 

1 cup freeze dried raspberries crushed 

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the half sheet tray with a sheet of parchment paper.

  2. In a heat proof bowl melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, be sure to stir the chocolate well in-between each interval until the chocolate is melted and smooth about 2 minutes.

  3. Evenly spread the melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet tray.

  4. While the chocolate is still melted add cinnamon hearts, freeze dried raspberries and marshmallows in a single layer.

  5. Transfer to the fridge and let the bark set about 20 minutes.

  6. Break apart into pieces or cut using a knife to desired size and enjoy at room temperature!
